Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shippiing on Australian domestic orders above $300. Shipping thresholds for international orders are shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Australian domestic orders are shipped with AusPOst eParcel. Express shipped orders typically arrive in 1-3 days. Regular post items tyically arrive in 3 - 5 days. Using your tracking number, you can track your order here.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!

What is your return policy? What is the return period for Bohemian Traders?
Bohemian Traders gladly accepts returns within 7 days from the date that your order was delivered, with conditions as noted in our Returns Policy.

How do I process a return or exchange?
To lodge a return, please raise an RMA via your Bohemian Traders account - full instructions at our Return Policy.

What materials are your clothes made from?
The fabrications of our garments vary depending on product. We take sustainability seriously - within each product listing you will find full information on Product Details, Features and Sizing.
How do I care for my Bohemian Traders garments?
Care instructions can be found on each product listing and within each garment. We recommend cold hand washing generally to ensure a lonog life for your products.

ACCOUNT and PAYMENTS
How can I use my Gift Card or Coupon?
In the ‘discount code or gift card’ field at checkout, you can enter your unique gift card or coupon code.
If your order total is greater than the value of your gift voucher or coupon, the remaining order balance will be paid in the usual way with another payment method. Any remaining balance left on your card will remain until expiration.
All gift cards are valid for redemption in-store and online for 3 years from the card purchase date.
How can I login to my account?
At the top right of the page (desktop) or left hand menu (mobile), select the Login icon and enter your username and password.
How do I change / reset my password?
To change or reset the password for your account, Click the Login icon and select "Forgot Your Password". Follow the prompts to receive an email link to update your account password. If you do not receive the email link after a short while and have not previously logged into your account, you may need to finish setting up your account. To do so try searching "Bohemian Traders Account Confirmation" in your email inbox to find the link to your account setup or alternatively enter your details to Create An Account with us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support VISA, MasterCard, American Express, along with PayPal, Google Pay & Apple Pay, plus over 100 more offered through our partner Global-e.
Domestically we offer Afterpay, Klarna and Zip for Buy now, Pay Later options.
Can I use multiple discount codes or gift cards on one order?
No. Unfortunately, only one coupon code or Gift Card can be used concurrently.
How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
We'd hate to see you go and miss out of updates, but if you would like to unsubscribe, each email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom of email. You can also email our Custoemr Service team to request removal from our lists.
