- Promoter
The promoter is Bohemian Traders Pty Ltd (ABN 83 617 372 488) of Unit 2, 18 Bonnal Rd, ERINA 2250, New South Wales, Australia.
- Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Bohemian Traders or its related entities are not eligible.
- Promotional period
The giveaway opens at 12:01 am (AEDT) on Wednesday 22 October 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on Sunday 2 November 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
- How to enter
During the Promotional Period, entrants must:
- Complete the giveaway entry form available via Bohemian Traders’ website; and
- Provide their full name, email address, and the name of their nominated best friend (“bestie”).
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
- Prizes
Five (5) winners will each receive:
- Two (2) personal styling sessions curated by a Bohemian Traders × Threadicated stylist – one for the winner and one for their bestie valued at AUD $129; and
- Two (2) Bohemian Traders gift cards valued at AUD $125 each to be used on clothing from their styling session.
Total prize pool value: AUD $2,540 (including GST).
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Prize draw
The draw will take place at Bohemian Traders’ offices on Monday 3 November 2025 using a random electronic selection tool.
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received.
The draw will be witnessed by at least one independent person.
- Winner notification and announcement
Winners will be contacted by email within seven (7) business days of the draw and announced via email and on Bohemian Traders’ social media channels on Monday 3 November 2025.
If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Bohemian Traders may redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
- Claiming prizes
Each winner will receive their prize by email.
Styling sessions must be booked within one (1) month of issue and used in accordance with the booking process and terms of service. No minimum spend is required to book the styling session. Styling sessions are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Bohemian Traders gift cards will be provided during the styling session and are valid for three (3) years from issue. Gift cards are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and require a minimum spend of AUD $500. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
- General conditions
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Bohemian Traders reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is not responsible for technical issues or incomplete entries.
If circumstances beyond the promoter’s control affect the promotion, the promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway without liability.
- Privacy
By entering, entrants consent to being contacted by Bohemian Traders in relation to this giveaway and for other marketing and promotional purposes. Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with Bohemian Traders’ Privacy Policy.
- Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
