High Summer Escape - Terms & Conditions

HIGH SUMMER ESCAPE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

The promoter of this competition is Rhoye Pty Ltd (ABN: 83 617 372 488) ("Promoter"), running this promotion on behalf of Bohemian Traders.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees, management, and immediate family members of Rhoye Pty Ltd, Bohemian Traders, and their associated agencies or companies are ineligible to enter.
  • Due to trade promotion restrictions, ACT residents are not eligible.

3. COMPETITION TYPE

  • This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner(s).
  • Each eligible answer will be judged on its individual creative merit, originality, and relevance to the prompt.

4. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

  • The promotion commences on 20 October 2026 and entries close on Sunday, 8 November at 11:59 PM AEDT.
  • Late, incomplete, or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the High Summer Escape giveaway, eligible entrants must during the Promotional Period:

  1. Complete all required fields in the entry form.
  2. Submit a response to the promotional prompt. The prompt/s will be included in the entry form.

6. JUDGING CRITERIA & WINNER DETERMINATION

  • Judging will take place at Erina NSW Australia within 7 business days of the competition closing date.
  • The entrant with the most creative and original answer, as determined by the judges in their sole discretion, will win the prize. Full terms and judging criteria apply.
  • The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. PRIZE DETAILS

Grand Prize Package High Summer Escape Voucher / Accommodation & Experience Package including:
  • 4-night stay, with transfers, for 2 people at Royal Davui (transfers from Nadi Airport to Royal Davui).
  • Package includes accommodation in an "Island Plunge Pool Bungalow", subject to availability.
  • The package includes all meals, but no beverages (non-alcoholic or alcoholic).
  • The package will also include the resort's private Sand Cay Beach Picnic.
  • Guests can purchase beverages and other experiences at their own expense.
  • Travel dates valid from November 2026 to November 2027 (blackout dates: 19 December 2026 to 6 January 2027, and 1 September to 31 October 2027).
  • The winner will be responsible for arranging the booking directly with Royal Davui, using the winner credit provided by the Promoter.
  • Flight credits to Fiji to the value of AUD $1,000 (the winner will be responsible for arranging their own flights, using the flight credit provided by the Promoter).
  • Bohemian Traders Summer Wardrobe for two, valued at $1,500 each.
Total Prize Value Over AUD $20,000
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING

  • The winner(s) will be notified via email & phone by Friday, 13 November 2026.
  • Unsuccessful entries will not be notified. Only the successful winner will be contacted.
  • If a prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to judge and award the prize to the next best eligible entry.

9. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • The Promoter collects your details to run the High Summer Escape competition, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Personal information may be disclosed to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers for this purpose. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with Rhoye Pty Ltd's Privacy Policy, available at https://bohemiantraders.com/privacy-policy/.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age, and place of residence).
  • If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion, subject to applicable state and territory regulations.

11. BONUS OFFER

  • After submitting an entry, entrants may be offered a 20% discount code for use on bohemiantraders.com.
  • The discount offer does not form part of the competition. Sharing the promotion is optional, does not create an entry and has no bearing on judging.
  • The code is valid for use seven (7) days from recipt, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
